OLIVE OIL TOUR & BRUNCH - Terra Surti Experience
Visit to the oil mill and its processing machinery, demonstration of the production processes of extra virgin olive oil. Through a unique session of virtual reality you will be transported to the harvesting season, having the opportunity to experience all the production stages, from olives harvesting till olive oil extraction. Lunch with typical Sicilian products and condiments.
THE LUNCH PROVIDES
Tasting: pure and flavoured olive oil with typical Sicilian bread, olives, seasoned cheese, typical seasoned sausage, bruschetta with typical pâtés, pizzolo traditionally filled, ricotta cheese and honey.
Drinks: still/sparkling water and 2 glasses of white/red wine per person.
