OLIVE OIL TOUR & BRUNCH - Terra Surti Experience
Visit to the oil mill and its transformation machinery, explanation of the extra virgin olive oil production processes and participation via virtual reality in all the various phases from harvesting to extraction. Lunch with typical Sicilian products and condiments.
Tasting: pure and flavoured olive oil with typical Sicilian bread, olives, seasoned cheese, typical seasoned sausage, bruschetta with typical pâtés, pizzolo traditionally filled, ricotta cheese and honey.
Drinks: still/sparkling water and 2 glasses of white/red wine per person.
