OLIVE OIL EXPERIENCE & TASTING

Walk through the olive groves, olives harvesting and typical food tasting among the trees.

Guests can take part in the olive harvest using traditional tools or, if they prefer, assist in the harvesting. Visit to the mill and its processing machinery, active participation to the extravirgin olive oil production stages.

Tasting of: Simple and flavored olive oil with typical Sicilian bread, olives, mature cheese, typical mature sausage, bruschetta with typical patè, pizzolo stuffed with typical products, ricotta and honey.

Drinks: still/sparkling water and 1 glass of white/red wine per person.

Recommended clothing: comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear to walk around the olive groves and a hat to protect yourself from the sun in the hottest months.

Availability: every day from the end of September until the end of November, the period in which the olive harvesting take place.
