From the peaceful olive orchard walk to the final tasting, it was so informative and a delight for the senses. Highly recommend if you are nearby and would enjoy learning about olive oil production or are in the market for some olive oil or related products to take home. We were shown around the olive grove, tasted the olive oil and had the brunch option which was great. Due to an earlier rain, we were relegated to indoors. Federica treated us to an explanation of the olive processing machines, some great finger food and wine. During this time, we were able take a virtual tour of the vineyard and the harvesting process. While the ladies were shopping all of the products they make from olives, like oils and lotions; Elio broke out whiskey for the rest of us.
