  • 190 gr (1 cup) Terra Surti Zucchini Cream
  • 120 gr (1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 spoon (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Terra Surti extravirgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted fresh vegetables for dipping (carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, etc.)


Prepare the Dip:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini cream and Greek yogurt.
  • Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill.
