  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 190gr (1 cup) Terra Surti Zucchini Cream
  • 170gr (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 60gr (1/4 cup) crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
  • 2 spoons (2 tbsp) pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Terra Surti extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Prepare the Bread:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet previously brushed lightly with olive oil.
