Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 190gr (1 cup) Terra Surti Zucchini Cream
- 170gr (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 60gr (1/4 cup) crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
- 2 spoons (2 tbsp) pine nuts, toasted
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Terra Surti extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the Bread:
