Savor the comforting flavors of our Baked Gnocchi alla Sorrentina—an Italian delight baked to perfection
400gr (14 oz) Italian Potato Gnocchi
330gr (12 oz) Terra Surti Cherry Tomato Sauce
250 gr ( 1 cup ) shredded Mozzarella Fiordilatte
50 gr (1/2 cup) Grated Parmesan
A spoon of Terra Surti extravirgin olive oil

Basil leaves
Boil the Italian gnocchi according to package instructions just until they float to the surface of the water.
Use a spider or slotted spoon to transfer them to the prepared baking dish. Spoon a little sauce on top. When you’ve added about half the gnocchi to the baking dish, scatter half the mozzarella cheese on top, followed by more sauce. Top with the remaining gnocchi as you cook them. When all the gnocchi have been layered into the baking dish, scatter the remaining mozzarella on top, and cover with a final layer of sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmigiano cheese over the entire surface.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375°F / 190°C, just until the sauce is bubbling and the mozzarella is melted. If you want to brown the top, turn to grill mode and grill for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it rest briefly. Garnish with whole basil leaves and serve.
