– Pizza dough

– 190 gr (1 cup) Terra Surti Wild Fennel Pesto

– 250 gr (1 cup) Mozzarella cheese, shredded

– 50 gr (1/2 cup) Pecorino cheese, grated

– 2 potatoes Thinly sliced

– 300 gr (11oz) Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled

Terra Surti extravirgin olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended for your pizza dough typically around 475°F (245°C).

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

3. Spread a layer of wild fennel pesto over the pizza dough as the base sauce.

4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto.

5. Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes and cooked Italian sausage on top of the cheese.

6. Sprinkle the grated pecorino cheese and drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over the pizza

7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
