Terra Surti Eucalyptus honey has an amber color and a rather compact and dense consistency. The flavor is strong, intense and particularly balsamic, to some people it reminds of mushrooms, wood and curry, while others feel the flavor of helichrysum and liquorice sweets.

It is obtained from the nectar that bees collect from the flowers of the eucalyptus tree, often planted in Sicily as a windbreak or for reforestation.

Our advice: try it in your herbal or strong-flavoured teas, such as ginger and cinnamon. A combination of perfumes that will make you love even the coldest months of the year!
